I have always felt connected to the spirit world, but it wasn’t until a life-altering moment during the Route 91 mass shooting that everything changed. As I knelt on the ground with bullets all around me, I felt what I can only describe as protective arms or wings surrounding me—filling me with strength and guidance. That moment awakened something deep within my soul.

 

I was guided to begin my healing journey through Reiki, eventually becoming a Reiki Master. In 2019, I embarked on a 10-day Vision Quest near Lake Tahoe—spending five days completely alone with only water—which became one of the most transformational experiences of my life. It was there I was shown my purpose: to be a hands-on healer and help bring healing to others.

 

My path has continued to expand through Shamanic journeying, plant medicine retreats, breathwork, and deep inner healing work—learning to surrender, heal trauma, and truly love and accept myself. From the time I was 13 years old, I battled with bulimia, an eating disorder. Healing from that and understanding how that was connected to my childhood trauma, has been one of the greatest healing moments of my lifetime. 

 

I am deeply grateful for every experience—both good and bad—because they have all led me here. My passion is to help others begin their own healing journeys and to remind you that YOU are your own healer. The power to heal has always been within you.
