I met Sherri eight years ago during a time when we were both in desperate need of spiritual recalibration. We spent only 10 days healing together, but a lifelong bond was formed. I consider her a friend, a guide, a peer, and one of the most powerful people I know.
I am a retired combat veteran living with PTSD and childhood trauma. When the opportunity came to experience Sherri’s transformational breathwork, I was overwhelmed, emotionally clogged, and in desperate need of realignment.
From the beginning, Sherri made me feel safe and in control. She guided me to set an intention—to release what was holding me back and open myself to the love I was ready to receive.
As the breathing deepened, so did the experience. My body began vibrating and cramping. Tears poured from my eyes. Pain, guilt, shame, and emotions I had carried for years began surfacing. Internally, it felt as though my soul was screaming and releasing everything it had been holding.
Through all of it, Sherri was there.
I could feel her presence as if she were holding me like a child—keeping me safe, supported, and loved while I did the work. I felt the guilt and shame leaving, peace returning, and wounds being cleansed. I felt the presence of my ancestors and a deep sense of power, love, and wholeness moving through me.
By the end, something had shifted. The numbness was gone. I felt grounded, aligned, nourished, and filled with love and gratitude. It felt as though my mind, body, and spirit had been torn apart and lovingly put back together.
I cannot fully express the gratitude I have for Sherri for carrying me through this journey of restoration. The work she does is life-changing and pure.

I met Sherri in 2003 when our kids were in school together, and our paths have continued to cross every few years since then. At the beginning of 2020, I found out that she was doing Reiki and made an appointment immediately. The experience was fantastic, and I recommended her to everyone I knew. In the last 2 years, Sherri has helped my family through an exhausting medical event and helped me further my reiki training. Hello my name is Chase. I have never really been what you would call a spiritual person. I fell on dark times in my life after a breakup that completely broke my heart. I was living alone and working a soul crushing 9 to 5 sales job for corporate America. After losing my job I was completely lost in life and self medicating with alcohol. I could not see anything in my future, only the pain in my past.
I can't explain the reason, but something was calling me to head west. I packed up my Truck and left Atlanta only knowing that I was going west. After a week of driving almost 2,000 miles, a close friend called me and said that I really needed to meet with Sherri. So I called her and set an appointment for the next day.
When I sat down with Sherri at her office I opened my heart and shared everything that was troubling me. It was very emotional for me. Sherri Had me do breathing techniques that calmed my nerves. then helped me get rid of negative energy and forgive myself. But the most moving part of the session was when I found my center. It's hard to describe, It was the first time in my life I felt anxiety free. The first time I have been Metacognitive. This was my spiritual awakening.
weeks later 1 still have a warm vibrating feeling in my soul. I have not needed to drink to numb my problems. It's like I learned a whole new way to deal with the stresses of life in a healthy way. I'm so thankful for Sherri and her guidance.

I have known Sherri for many years and have always found her to be a caring and compassionate individual. She has an aura about her that makes you feel safe, supported, and cared for. In recent years, I have been diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that at times has been debilitating. Modern medicine has failed to provide any answers or a path to move forward toward recovery. That is when I turned to Sherri for help. She helped me recognize that much of what I am experiencing comes from trauma from my past and ways that I cope with stress. Modern medicine taught me to fight against my body to subdue the symptoms, while Sherri showed me the lesson. My body needs me to work with it and nurture it. My body is not the enemy. I am not cured, but I am symptom free, which is such a blessing. I still have a lot of learning and growth to do on this path, but I feel confident with Sherri by my side, guiding me, I'm definitely headed in the right direction.

I have done several sessions on and off with Sherri over the last few years on my healing journey. Recently some things came up from the abandonment and rejection of my Father.
I could feel my body reacting to the trauma still locked in my body. I could not release it on my own during breathwork although it definitely brought it to the surface! I was struggling with severe hip discomfort. This was deeply rooted pain that has affected me in relationships, and every aspect of life as long as I can remember.
I spent some time with Sherri did the work, surrendered, and LET IT FLOW. The HEALING was immediate. My hip pain gone!! I left lighter empowered and cut some cords that set me free.
What I love about Sherri‘s work is she is open, she is spiritually led, and every session is completely different working with what and how she is guided. No ego in Sherri!! She does not take credit she does not make you feel like she’s above you or fixing you; but lovingly guides you into your own release and into self love.

My experiences with Sherri have been delightful. After the death of my father, a close friend suggested that I do Reiki to help adjust and balance my energy levels. This was my first experience with Reiki so I did not know what to expect. It was powerful. The environment was warm and welcoming, and Sherri was comforting and encouraging. The session was exactly what I needed to help me begin to break through barriers and open myself up for personal growth and healing. There is a lot of work still to do but having Sherri in my corner feels like I am not alone on this journey and actually leaves me feeling excited about the opportunities ahead. So grateful!
