Sacred Return Retreat
A Sacred Return to Yourself
Imagine stepping away from the noise, the responsibilities, and the constant doing… and giving yourself permission to simply just BE.
Nestled on 7.7 peaceful acres in the sacred landscape of Joshua Tree, this intimate retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been waiting for your attention.
Over these days together, you’ll be gently guided through transformational breath and sound journeys, ancestral practices, meaningful ceremony, reflection, movement, connection, and spacious moments of stillness. This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about releasing what you’ve been carrying and remembering who you are beneath all the layers.
There will be time to wander the labyrinth, rest beneath the open desert sky, soak in the hot tub, cool off in the cowboy pool, curl up in a hammock, gather around the fire, laugh, share, cry, breathe, and simply allow yourself to receive.
Our beautiful desert home offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, cozy gathering spaces, and plenty of room to retreat inward when you need quiet. Every part of the experience is intentionally created to feel nurturing, grounding, and safe!
And perhaps one of the most beautiful parts of this retreat is the community we create together. There is something powerful that happens when we step away from everyday life and gather with others who are also ready for something deeper. Walls begin to soften. Hearts open. We remember that we were never meant to carry everything alone.
Come exactly as you are.
You simply need to feel the quiet pull inside of you that says…
It’s time to return to me.
This is more than a getaway.
It is a sacred pause.
A remembering.
A release.
A homecoming to yourself.

Personal Reflection & Solo Time
This retreat is not about filling every moment. You will have spaciousness to journal, wander the property, walk the labyrinth, rest in a hammock, soak in the hot tub, sit beneath the desert sky, or simply do nothing at all.
Sacred Community & Connection
Share this experience with an intimate group where you can show up authentically, be witnessed, laugh, cry, connect, and remember how powerful it is to be surrounded by people doing their own inner work.
And most importantly… space to receive.
You don’t have to cook.
You don’t have to take care of everyone else.
You don’t have to perform or have all the answers.
For these few days, you get to slow down, be supported, reconnect with yourself, and remember what it feels like to come home to YOU.

Before You Arrive
We want your Sacred Returning Retreat experience to feel easeful from the moment you say YES.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know as you prepare for our time together in the beautiful desert of Yucca Valley, just outside Joshua Tree.
Arrival & Departure
Please plan to arrive during the designated check-in window so you have time to settle into your space, unpack, breathe, and land before we begin our journey together.
Because we intentionally open and close this retreat as a community, we ask that you plan your travel so you can be present for the entire retreat experience.
Exact arrival instructions, retreat address, parking information, and additional details will be provided to registered guests before the retreat.
Getting Here
Our retreat is located in Yucca Valley, California, near Joshua Tree National Park.
The closest and most convenient airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). Ontario International Airport (ONT) is another great option and may offer additional flight choices.
Guests are responsible for transportation to and from the retreat property. As the retreat approaches, we can help connect guests arriving at similar times who would like to coordinate or share transportation. Also for those that are local we can set up some carpooling options!
Your Accommodations
Our beautiful private desert home sits on 7.7 peaceful acres and has been chosen to give us space to gather, connect, rest, and simply be.
Accommodations are shared, creating an intimate retreat experience and a beautiful sense of community.
Throughout the property you’ll also find spaces to wander, sit quietly, soak in the hot tub, cool off in the cowboy pool, rest in a hammock, walk the labyrinth, gather around the fire, or find your own little corner beneath the desert sky.
Nourishment
Your meals throughout the retreat are included and thoughtfully prepared to nourish and support your body during our time together.
If you have food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs, please let us know during registration so we can determine how we can best accommodate you.
What to Bring
Come comfortable. This is not a weekend for dressing up or impressing anyone.
Bring comfortable layered clothing, walking shoes, a swimsuit, pajamas, refillable water bottle, journal and pen, sunscreen, hat, personal toiletries and medications, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.
Desert temperatures can change significantly from warm days to cool evenings, so layers are important.
Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Breathwork & Your Well-Being
Our retreat includes transformational and somatic breathwork experiences that can be physically and emotionally powerful.
Before attending, guests will be asked to complete a confidential wellness questionnaire and informed-consent/waiver form so we can help create the most supportive experience possible.
Certain health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or medications may require modifications or medical clearance before participating in some breathwork practices.
You are always encouraged to listen to your body.
Everything we offer is an invitation. You are never required to push beyond what feels appropriate for you.
A Substance-Free Space
To support the depth of our breathwork, healing experiences, ceremonies, and connection, the Sacred Returning Retreat is an alcohol- and recreational-drug-free experience.
We invite you to give yourself these few days to be fully present with yourself and the experience unfolding around you.
Sacred Space & Confidentiality
Some of the most beautiful moments of retreat happen when we realize we are safe enough to be seen.
We honor the vulnerability of that experience by asking everyone to respect the privacy of the group.
What is shared in our sacred circle stays within our sacred circle.
You may share your own experience, but another person's story is always theirs to tell.
Phones, Photos & Unplugging
We encourage you to allow this retreat to be a break from the constant noise of everyday life.
There will be opportunities to take photos and capture memories, but during ceremonies, breathwork, circles, and other sacred experiences, phones will be put away so we can remain fully present.
If photography or video is taken for retreat memories or future sharing, your personal preferences and consent will be respected.
You Don't Need Any Experience
Maybe you've never done breathwork.
Maybe you've never experienced sound healing, ceremony, ancestral work, or sat in a sacred circle.
Maybe you're coming alone.
Maybe part of you is excited while another part is wondering,
"Do I belong here?"
You do.
You don't need to arrive healed, centered, spiritual, fearless, or with your life figured out.
You don't have to know what you're going to release.
You don't even have to know exactly why you're being called to come.
Just come as you are.
Throughout our time together, you will be encouraged to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, rest when you need to rest, participate in the ways that feel supportive, and allow your experience to unfold naturally.
There is no perfect way to do this retreat.
There is only your way.
Give Yourself Permission to Receive
For these few days, you don't have to take care of everyone else.
You don't have to hold everything together.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You get to rest.
You get to breathe.
You get to laugh.
You get to cry if you need to.
You get to reconnect with your body, your heart, your ancestors, the earth, and the parts of yourself you may have forgotten along the way.
And you get to be surrounded by a community of people who are choosing to do the same.
Come exactly as you are.
We'll meet you there.
Please let us know any way we can support you or if you have any other questions!!
